As a Senior Product Manager supporting the Property Middle Market line, you will be a member of the US Middle Market team and will play an integral role in AXA XL's US product line strategy and product development roadmap within North America.
DISCOVER your opportunity What will your essential responsibilities include?Lead and own the product development and implementation of coverage solutions to establish AXA XL's competitiveness and differentiated offerings in the Middle Market space; provide input into appetite and optimal portfolioProvide thought leadership and expertise on policy construction, coverage wordings, market standard offerings, and market competitive terms and conditionsProvide subject matter expertise regarding product details such as rates, rules, forms, & complianceCollaborate effectively with aligned Actuarial support and help drive key strategies around rate filings, pricing strategies, desired portfolio mix and line of business profit improvement strategiesEstablish outstanding working relationships with cross-functional groups including Claims, CAT Modeling, Compliance, Regulatory, Legal and other functions to engage and collaborate on issues related to the Casualty Lines of businessDrive underwriting strategy and risk selection through understanding of the competitive marketplace, preferred risk characteristics, lessons from loss trends, and competitor offerings Work closely with Risk Engineering on approach for mid-sized business and help drive data strategies for deepening understanding of account exposure, book profile, portfolio quality, and areas for further diversificationWork on behalf of Middle Market team and underwriters as liaison on compliance topics, review all regulatory and compliance components of products the business intends to write, and advise on any business strategies that require input from regulatory or complianceRepresent AXA XL as a Property subject matter expert and thought leader at industry conferences enabling the organization to see around corners and stay ahead of industry trends and emerging risksYou will report to the Head of Analytics.
QualificationsSHARE your talentWe're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
Eight or more years of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience in the field of legal compliance, regulatory relations, product development, underwriting or underwriting support with a focus on the Property lines and the Commercial Middle Market segment.
Minimum education requires a College Degree with relevant experience.

The pay range for this position is $118,500 - $233,000.
Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual's skills, experience and location.
We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues' pay.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
